Welcome to Open Air Campaigners, Overseas Ministries. In 1892, a British lawyer in Australia called Edward Field went daily into the center of Sydney to preach the Gospel. Others followed his example, and in 1922 the front line ministry of evangelism called Open Air Campaigners was formed.
Today OAC has national branches in 20 countries, and is committed to preaching the Gospel to the unreached through open air and other outreaches in partnership with the church.
Just as Jesus Christ used parables or word pictures to clearly present His messages, OAC evangelists use visual methods to present Christ by all means, everywhere.
